Bringing together large-scale paintings created between 2015 and 2017 with new works from 2026, the exhibition establishes a dialogue spanning more than a decade.
Rather than presenting a linear progression from earlier to more recent works, GLIMMER reveals the remarkable continuity of an artistic practice that repeatedly revisits and refines its central concerns.

Codrico Fabriek, Rotterdam
BIG ART will take place in Rotterdam for the first time from 11 to 13 September 2026. For its twelfth edition, the special exhibition moves into the historic Codrico Fabriek on Katendrecht.
More than one hundred large-scale works—including painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, light art, video and installation—will enter into direct dialogue with the raw industrial architecture of the former factory complex.
At BIG ART, janinebeangallery will present the Dutch artist Marie Louise Elshout with her multipart work Hunters at Dawn.

In HM4T 4 EVR, Tina Winkhaus explores Heimat, memory and cultural imagery. Football, forests, deer, allotment gardens and pigeons become familiar signs whose meanings shift between personal experience, history and the present.
