Artistic Position<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n MASCH has developed a distinctive visual language composed of clearly defined colour fields, figures and symbols. Forms and characters interlock like fragments of a mosaic. Abstract backgrounds and representational elements remain separate while forming coherent compositions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n His reduced, two dimensional visual language recalls Cubism, drawing and archaic pictorial systems without belonging to any single tradition. Wit, everyday observation and narrative openness give his paintings their particular lightness.
